First Baseball Game

Ash and I took Sam to his first baseball game tonight. Hunter Funeral Home sponsors a little league team, and we thought it'd be a great time for them to meet the little mascot. Sam loved it! He was slightly overwhelmed at first but quickly warmed up to all the action. The team clapped for Sam and called him "Sammy" when they saw his jersey. He then clapped for them as they took the field. When he saw them playing, he said "Sam play this." That game me a glimpse of our not-too-distant future. I'll have video of Sam cheering on the team tomorrow, so be sure to check back.
